Remote Area Surcharge ZIP Code Lookup
Search current official-source FedEx and UPS surcharge ZIP datasets. Results show whether a ZIP is listed, which surcharge category applies, and when the data was checked.
Current published data is separated from preview lists. Results show the official source, effective date and last checked date so the lookup can be audited.
How to read the result
The lookup separates three states: listed, not listed and invalid ZIP. Listed means the ZIP appears in the selected carrier dataset. Not listed means ShipCalc did not find it in the current tracked data.
A not-listed result is not a quote. Carrier service, destination, contract terms and future updates can still change the shipment charge.
Frequently asked
Which carriers can I check?
ShipCalc currently checks official-source FedEx and UPS U.S. surcharge ZIP datasets. DHL and other carriers can be added when a reliable public source is available.
What does a listed result mean?
A listed result means the ZIP appears in the selected carrier dataset ShipCalc tracks. It does not calculate the final surcharge amount or override carrier contracts.
How current is the data?
Each result displays the source, effective date, last checked date and record count. Current FedEx and UPS datasets were checked on June 25, 2026.
